Yes! Any Massachusetts resident or student is eligible for a Boston Public Library (BPL) card or an eCard. Use either card to access BPL's electronic resources remotely.

An eCard is a Boston Public Library card that you can sign up for online, and which provides access to all online resources, including Hoopla.

eCards are available to anyone who lives, resides part-time to attend school, owns property, or works in Massachusetts.

The Boston Public Library is a research as well as a public library. It offers historical newspapers, language learning resources, test preparation and much more.
