There are many ways to find Library of Congress subject headings.

  1. Do a basic search in UMBrella or WorldCat at UMass Boston and then look at the subjects (or subject terms) in the item record.
  2. Look on the Library of Congress Classification Outline website.
  3. Look at the Library of Congress Cataloging-in-Publication Data on the back of a book's title page.
