I am trying to make my published work more available to scholars and other interested parties. I understand how to send myself a link to an Ebsco-based article. But is there some way that I can send myself the article itself, so that the searcher can get the article from e.g. my website and does not have to use an institutional route like Ebsco?

You can send yourself a PDF of a full-text article if it is available through EBSCO. To do this, search for the article and then click on the title of the article. Look for the envelope icon labelled email in the menu on the top right-hand side of the page (see image below). Then fill out the email form. If the PDF is not available you will be sent a permalink to the article record.

You could also save the PDF to your computer or thumb drive by clicking File then Save As (see image below).
