It is not possible to borrow an ebook from another library through InterLibrary Loan. You can request the print edition.

If the ebook is available from one of the BLC (Boston Library Consortium) Libraries you might be able to go to the library and borrow the book from there. You will need to check the individual library's policies. Check WorldCat to see which libraries have a copy.
