There are few possible reasons why you can't log into InterLibrary Loan.
There is a delay between activating your barcode and being able to log in to the interlibrary loan system. Due to automated system processes, barcodes that are edited or activated BEFORE 8pm will be available to log in to the ILL system after 8am the following morning. Barcodes that are edited or activated AFTER 8pm will be available to log in to the ILL system after 8am on the second day following the edit or activation.
You may be imputing the wrong information. Be sure to enter your barcode number NOT your ID number.
You may not be putting in your last name correctly. Your last name MUST BE be all lower case
