There are few possible reasons why you can't log into InterLibrary Loan.

  • If you received your barcode yesterday or today, you need to wait 24 hours for it be activated.
  • You may be imputing the wrong information. Be sure to enter your barcode number NOT your ID number.
  • You may not be putting in your last name correctly. Your last name MUST BE be all lower case
