The links in ejournals use pop-ups so if you have pop-ups blocked they won’t open. There may be no notification that the pop-up is blocked. Enable pop-ups for atoz.ebsco.com in: 

Firefox

Follow these steps to allow a specific website to display automatic pop-ups:

  1. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP) and then click Options.
  2. Select the Content panel  then click Exceptions next to Block pop-up windows
  3. Type atoz.ebsco.com in the box for Address of website. Then click Allow.

Google Chrome

You can allow all pop-ups by disabling the pop-up blocker. Follow these steps:

  1. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Options (Preferences on Mac and Linux; Settings on a Chromebook).
  3. Click the Under the Hood tab.
  4. Click Content settings in the "Privacy" section.
  5. Scroll down to Pop-ups and click Manage exceptions.
  6. Type atoz.ebsco.com in the text box and click Allow

Internet Explorer

Follow these steps to allow a specific website to display automatic pop-ups:

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Click the Tools button,
  3. Click Pop-up Blocker then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
  4. In the Address of website to allow box, type atoz.ebsco.com and then click Add.

  2. In the preferences menu select the Security tab.
