We have four core nursing databases CINAHL, Ovid, MEDLINE and PubMed which overlap. You can try them all and see which one you prefer. For full text articles, look for these options:
- CINAHL - check the box under Limit your results to “Full Text”.
- MEDLINE - check the box under Limit your results to “Full Text”
- Ovid - Select "Full Text" under Limits
- ProQuest Nursing & Allied Health Database – check the box “Full text”
- PubMed – After you search filter your results to “Free Full Text” or “Full text” on the left hand menu
- ScienceDirect – look for the green full text icon
If you are off campus you will be prompted to enter your UMass Boston email and password.
